Separate Contracts
The provision of any services and/or products provided by PERI ASIA through the Site shall be expressly subject to the particular terms and conditions as contained in the contract for the supply of such services and products. Any warranties or representations made in relation to the provision of such service or products are as made in the contract only and PERI ASIA makes no separate warranty or representation through the Site or through these general terms of use.

Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity
Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding clauses and in addition to the same, in no event will PERI ASIA or any person(s) involved in creating, producing or distributing the Site, be liable for any loss, damage, including but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, injury, expense, liability, cost or claim of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, arising from or attributable to any act or default or omission of any person(s), whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if PERI ASIA, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damage. The user hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this disclaimer are fair and reasonable and shall apply to all contents of the Site. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed; shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions; and, to the extent possible, shall be replaced by a provision which achieves an end as close as possible, within applicable law, as the severed provision.

Products and services referred to in this Site are offered only in the Republic of Singapore. The contents of the Site are not intended for use by persons located in or resident in other jurisdictions.
