A hotel development which is part of the Novena Planning Area, an urban planning zone by the Urban Redevelopment Authority, is currently being built at the junction of Balestier Road and Irrawaddy Road.
An industrial development comprising of a 4-storey warehouse and a 7-storey office started construction work in August 2009. The project site is located in the western part of Singapore at 30 Pioneer Road.
An upgrading project for Assumption Pathway School has started in May 2009 and involves the addition of a 5-storey block comprising of administration, teaching, dormitory, car parking and ancillary facilities at the Upper Bukit Timah site.
A 6-storey mega shopping mall known as "nex" is currently being constructed at the Serangoon Central area sitting above the North-East Line Serangoon MRT station.
